Legislative History (LIMS): Law 10-216, the “District of Columbia Board of Education Sale, Renovation, Lease-back, and Repurchase of Franklin School Amendment Act of 1994,” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 10-718, which was referred to the Committee on Education and Libraries.
